Is everything Hitech is good for our health??

I say not necessarily, say in this life where most of work is intellectual and not at all physical atleast I don't think all hitech is good, say for example how many are finding time for exercise these days, So why don't we try to incorporate these into our daily lives'. Say, why don't we use stairs rather than lift say its 5-7 min exercise, say four times a day 20- 28 min, which is recommended time for exercise daily. Next time don't take our your vehicle to the grocery store at the end of the street try walking down and see how many new things you would notice in your own streen which I bet you would have missed all these days. If you have facility to have lunch near your office try walking down to that place rather than ringing up your meal, this is give you a 10-15 min walk. Just give time and think you have lot of places where you can exercise while doing your work. Happy Workout's..:)
