Is everything Hitech is good for our health??

I say not necessarily, say in this life where most of work is intellectual and not at all physical atleast I don't think all hitech is good, say for example how many are finding time for exercise these days, So why don't we try to incorporate these into our daily lives'. Say, why don't we use stairs rather than lift say its 5-7 min exercise, say four times a day 20- 28 min, which is recommended time for exercise daily. Next time don't take our your vehicle to the grocery store at the end of the street try walking down and see how many new things you would notice in your own streen which I bet you would have missed all these days. If you have facility to have lunch near your office try walking down to that place rather than ringing up your meal, this is give you a 10-15 min walk. Just give time and think you have lot of places where you can exercise while doing your work. Happy Workout's..:)

If u r not different from yesterday, then you had wasted a day

Yes truly, this is wat I believe, if you haven't learnt atleast a bit, then u have wasted that day in you life. There are lot of things around you to learn from, a lot of people, even as small as you r going in a auto and that guy would have known a shortcut that u didn't know before. Just keep your mind open in a positive way to the things happening around you. Yes having concentration on wat ever u r doing is important that doesn't means u overlook all the other things around it. Next time you to market..Check out aunt beside you, how she checks those brinjals before buying, there is somehing for you to learn. So in every aspect of life u can learn.. So guys...Keep it open..:)
